PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on July 18, 2024 at 7pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
215 S. Country Road Associates LP (aka The Gateway), 215 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY seeks the following variance to construct an addition to enlarge the lobby of the theater:
Sec. 21-301. Applicability of area restrictions.
(c) The minimum side yard building setback shall be twenty (20) feet with total side yard setback of not less than sixty (60) feet.
Proposed side yard setback: 12.2 feet from east side property line
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-6-1-3. The property is in the Cultural and Performing Arts District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The property The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
