PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Robert Scalia, 31 Bieselin Road, NY is seeking the following variance for existing construction on a rear addition:
Sec. 21-267. – Side yards.
In the Residence B District, there shall be two (2) side yards, one on each side of the building, the total width of both to be not less than forty (40) feet and no one side yard being less than fifteen (15) feet in width.
Existing: Partially constructed addition set back 12.2 feet from side yard property line; side yards total 27.8 feet
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-7-1-19.
