If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.

Sec. 21-266. – Front yard. In the Residence B District, there shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than forty (40) feet.
Proposed: 40 square foot roof over front entry located 33.12 feet from front property line.
