PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Jon Kusa and Elena Brodie-Kusa, 93 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY are seeking the following variances to demolish an existing garage and construct a new one in the rear of a single-family dwelling:
Sec. 21-272. – Accessory buildings and structures.
- In the Residence B District all accessory buildings shall be located in the rear yard of a lot.
Proposed: 19 foot 9 inch high garage
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-8-2-31. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
