If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Michaela Reynolds, 81 Station Road, Bellport, NY seeks the following variances to enlarge an existing garage:
Sec. 21-272. – Accessory buildings and structures.
- In the Residence B District all accessory building shall be located in the rear yard of a lot. No accessory building shall exceed fifteen (15) feet in height and must be set back at least ten (10) feet from any property line.
Proposed: 135 square foot addition to existing garage in side yard set back 5.3 feet from rear yard property line with a proposed height of 16 feet 7 inches.
