PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 16, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to reconsider the application for 5 Gerard Street, Bellport NY pursuant to court order.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-3-7.2.The property is located in the “A” Residence District. All interested parties may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
