PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Michael Tomei, 49 Browns Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking the following variance to construct a driveway on the north side of an existing dwelling:
Sec. 21-410. – Driveways and curb cuts.
(d) All driveways and or curb cuts shall not be located any closer than ten (10) feet to any side yard lot line in the Residence A and AA zones.
Proposed: Driveway located 7 feet from property line
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-9-2-15.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
