PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Philip Schmitt, 78 Bieselin Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to add a shed dormer in the rear of an existing two-story, single family dwelling. The siding will match the existing natural cedar shingles; the roofing will match the existing Driftwood GFA Asphalt Roofing; the trim will be white wood and the windows will be double hung.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-4-1-8. The property is in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
