PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Idan Shitrit, 51 Circut Road, Bellport, NY is seeking the following variance to construct an addition to a single-family dwelling.
Sec. 21-267. Side yards.
In the Residence B District, there shall be two (2) side yards, one on each side of the building, the total width of both to be not less than forty (40) feet and no one side yard being less than fifteen (15) feet in width.
Proposed: 11.7 feet side yard setback on north side of dwelling; total side yard width of 31.2 feet.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-4-5-29. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
