PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on September 30, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to hear the following application:
Francesco Cuffaro, 5 Gerard Street, Bellport, NY is appealing the decision made by the building inspector on August 3, 2021 to deny the issuance of a building permit for the construction of a new two story, single-family dwelling at 5 Gerard Street.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-3-7.2.The property is located in the “A” Residence District. All interested parties may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
