PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Greg Siliris, 29 Colonial Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking the following variance to construct a detached garage:
Sec. 21-272. – Accessory buildings and structures.
- In the Residence B District all accessory building shall be located in the rear yard of a lot.
Proposed: New garage encroaches into side yard
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-4-1. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
