PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:

Brian and Joanne Specht, 26 Browns Lane, Bellport are seeking to construct a single story, screened porch on the side of a two-story single-single family dwelling.  The screens will be copper framed in white wood; the roof will be asphalt shingles to match the existing roof and the foundation will be distressed brick to match the existing dwelling.

The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-8-10-9. The property is in the “A” residence district and the Browns Lane Historic District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
