NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Remy Bernstein and Holly Wohlhandler, 9 Bell Street, Bellport are seeking to renovate an existing garage. The siding will be unpainted natural, cedar shingles to match the existing dwelling; the roofing will be asphalt shingles; the trim will be white, painted, cedar. The windows will be white, wood Anderson windows. All materials will match the existing dwelling.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-8-3-33. The property is in the “A” residence district and the Bell Street Historic District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
