NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
16 Donella Walk, LLC, 9 and 11 Academy Lane and Viridian Island, 2 Osborn Lane Bellport are seeking a to construct 205 feet of 4-foot-high white picket fence from the corner of Osborn and Academy Lanes to 11 Academy Lane. The fence will be cedar wood painted white and will be constructed in the side yard of 2 Osborn Lane and in the front yards of 9 and 11 Academy Lane.
The Suffolk County Tax Map numbers are 0202-8-8-10, 0202-8-8-11 and 8-8-31. The properties are in the “A” residence district. 9 and 11 Academy Lane are in the the Academy Lane Historic District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
