PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Grucci Properties East LLC, 122-124 South Country Road Bellport, NY is seeking approval to change the use of the second story from apartments to offices; construct a second story addition and renovate the existing second floor.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
