NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Planning Board hearing originally adjourned to August 14, 2024 will be held on September 25, 2024 at 7pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to continue consideration of the following application:
215 S. Country Road Associates LP (aka The Gateway), 215 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY seeks approval to construct an addition to enlarge the lobby of the theater; construct a new patio deck; renovate the interior of the existing lobby and add new parking spaces to the parking lot.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-6-1-3. The property is in the Cultural and Performing Arts District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
