PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Douglas and Allie Hoffman, 28 Bellport Lane, Bellport are seeking to re-examine the exterior features, including shutters, trim and color, approved by the Historic Commission on September 24, 2022.
The property is located in the “A” Residence District and the Bellport Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-8-12. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
