NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on March 23, 2019 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:

 Alain Lachaud, 33 Bellport Lane, Bellport, NY seeks to construct a 60 square foot, single story addition on the south/east side of the dwelling, a 36 square foot, single story addition on the north side of a single family dwelling and construct a new 1,991 square foot basement and foundation. Construction of the basement and foundation will require the house to be raised up off the ground until the work is completed.

 The single family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Bellport Lane Historic District.  The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-9-21.

 All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
