NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on September 28, 2019 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Christopher Dwyer 7-9 Browns Lane, Bellport, NY seeks to add a single story, 230 square foot addition and a 31.5 square foot second floor balcony in the rear of an existing two-story, single family dwelling. The siding will match the existing natural cedar shingles, the roofing will match the existing asphalt gray shingles. The trim will be white azek. The shutters will match the existing white wood shutters; the windows will be double hung, white wood.
The dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Brown’s Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-7-11.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
