NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to adopt, in accordance with Chapter 22 of the Village of Bellport Code entitled “Historic Preservation,” guidelines for solar panels in the Historic Districts in the Village of Bellport.

All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
