NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on February 24, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:

Christopher Dwyer 7-9 Browns Lane, Bellport, NY seeks approval for a white wood picket fence with a green kickboard and matching automatic gate in the front of the property.

The dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Brown’s Lane Historic District.  The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-7-11.

All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
