NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing February 22, 2025 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
34 Browns Lane, LLC, 34 Browns Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking to modify the following elements which were originally approved by the Historic District Preservation Commission on August 24, 2024: change double hung windows to casement windows in the kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom and bathroom; remove the grills from the windows in the sunroom; change the window and door color from white to Bellport green and the shutter color to from black to Bellport green.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Browns Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-9-1-2.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
