8. Resolution ____ Approve the final severance payment of $6,056.20 for accrued unused paid time off for Alexandra McCabe, who resigned from her position as Treasurer.

Special Election
for Vacated Trustee

A Special Election will be held to fill the Trustee position vacated by Steve Mackin effective December 31, 2025. The elected individual will serve the remainder of the term from April 7, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

Note: The regular Village Election will proceed as scheduled on June 16, 2026.
