PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past October 4, 2020, the Village of Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.

Louise McGuiness, 36 Browns Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a roof deck on top of an existing covered entry. The railings and the deck will be wood, with the railings painted white.

The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-9-1-3. The property is in the “A” residence district and the Browns Lane Historic District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The property The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
