NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on September 28, 2019 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Joseph Femenia, 52 Bellport Lane, Bellport, NY seeks to add a 1,783 square foot, 2-story addition to an existing 2,119 square foot, 2-story, single family dwelling. The siding will be white wood; the roofing will be charcoal gray asphalt; the trim will be white azek; the shutters and doors will be wood, painted Essex green; the windows will be white wood/aluminum clad, double hung.
The dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Bellport Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-5-2.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
