NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:

Brian & Erin Dillard, 21 Browns Lane, Bellport, are seeking to convert a covered side porch to habitable space; demolish an existing rear second floor balcony and construct a rear, second story addition. Siding, roofing, trim and windows will match the existing dwelling.

The two-story, single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Browns Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-9-15.

All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.

for Vacated Trustee
