PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the, following application:
Janet Kraynak & Stefano Basilico, 38 Bellport Lane, Bellport, are seeking to construct a rear addition. The siding will match the existing white wood siding, the roofing will match the existing black architectural asphalt shingles; the windows will be double hung, divided light, and the trim will match the existing white wood trim.
The property is located in the “A” Residence District and the Bellport Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-8-20. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
