Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission Hearing Re: 37 Browns Lane – October 28, 2023 at 9:00am

NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:

Philip & Ramya Tiller, 37 Browns Lane, Bellport are seeking to alter exterior features of a two-story, single-family dwelling. They plan to remove a chimney on the north side of the dwelling; replace the window sashes; remove the shutters; change the color of the trim to essex or chrome green and change the front door color to yellow.

The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Browns Lane Historic District.  The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-9-2-12.

All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.

Special Election
for Vacated Trustee
