NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a public hearing on November 21, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell Street, Bellport, New York on the following application:
Roy Otwell, 4 Second Street, Bellport, NY is appealing an Architectural Review Board decision denying an application to construct a 58 square foot entry; a deck in the side yard; and a 168 square foot sun porch.
The single family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-5-3.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
