PUBLIC HEARING OF

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Village Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application.

Byron and Katy Stigge, 7 Hulse Street, Bellport, NY are seeking to renovate an existing single-family dwelling. They plan to demolish a single story, rear section of the dwelling; demolish an existing garage; construct a single-story addition on the east side of the existing dwelling; replace windows and exterior finishes on the existing dwelling, and add a pool in the rear yard.   The siding will be cedar clapboard painted white; the roofing will be dark gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be wood, painted white and the windows will be Anderson E-series, white double-hung.

 

The property is located in the “A” Residence District and the Hulse-Tuthill Historic District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-8-10-12.
