PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission public hearing for Jeanette Friedman, 54 Bellport Lane, Bellport NY originally scheduled for August 14, 2021 will now be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY
Jeanette Friedman, 54 Bellport Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking to raise an existing single family dwelling and construct a single-story addition in the rear of the dwelling. The siding will be red, board and batten to match the existing; the roof shingles will be black asphalt fiberglass shingles to match the existing; the trim will be red, Azek; the windows will be Anderson casement windows, sandtone; the doors will be Anderson French wing, white and the foundation will be poured light grey concrete.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-5-4.1. The property is in the “A” residence district and the Bellport Lane Historic District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
