PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past February 26, 2021, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Kyle Binnington, 6 Country Club Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to add a single- story addition and a two-story addition in the rear of a single-family dwelling. The sloped roof on an existing section of the house will be changed to a reverse gable in the rear. The existing white vinyl siding will be changed to white cedar shingles; the roofing will match the existing charcoal asphalt shingles and the trim will be white Azek. The existing double hung windows will be replaced with 6 over 6, double hung windows.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-2-32. The property is in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.
