PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application;
Bryce Boyd and Thomas Norby, 6 Brookside Avenue, Bellport, NY 11713 are seeking to renovate an existing single-family dwelling. The siding will match the existing white stucco; the roofing will match the existing grey asphalt singles; the trim will match the existing brown metal trim; the windows will be white and a mix of awning, gliding, double hung, casement and fixed; slider doors will replace the existing south facing windows in the living room.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-6-3-27. The property is in the “A” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
