PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Jennifer Simon and Jeremy Butler, 4 Bayview Street, Bellport, are seeking approval to construct an addition in the rear of a single-family dwelling and change the roof line of the attached garage. The siding will be white painted wood; the roof will be black asphalt shingle and the trim will be off-white, painted wood. The windows will be casement windows.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-5-19. The property is in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
