PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past February 26, 2021, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Gerard & Anne Holker, 18 S. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to renovate an existing garage, convert a portion of the garage to a pool house and add shed dormers to the roof. The siding will be cedar shingles and board & batten, painted white: the roofing will match the existing architectural Oxford gray and the trim will be white, Azek. The windows will be double hung and awning.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-1-7. The property is in the “A” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.
