PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past May 25, 2021, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Vishaan Chakrabarti & Maria Alataris, 14 Shore Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to renovate and enlarge an existing single story, single family dwelling. They are also seeking to add an above ground swimming pool, and a deck with trellis in the side yard. The siding will be eastern white cedar shingles, pre-weathered gray; the roof will be a westerns red cedar shingle and the trim will be gray cedar. The windows will be gray, Kolbe hurricane resistant awning and slider windows and the doors will be gray, Kolbe hurricane resistant sliding and hinge.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-9-1-16.2. The property is in the “AA” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.
