PUBLIC HEARING OF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application.
Lenor Properties LLC, 7 Thornhedge Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to renovate an existing pool house, renovate an existing garage, demolish an existing pool and construct a new pool, all of which are located in the front yard of an existing dwelling.
The existing dwelling will be re-sided and re-roofed and the existing windows will be replaced. The dwelling, the pool house and garage will be sided with burnt wood siding, the roofing for the three buildings will be a standing seam metal roof and the trim on the three buildings will be putty color — Versatex or similar material. The windows on the three buildings will be Anderson casement, awning, double hung and sliding windows and the doors will be Anderson Straightline 102 sliding and multiglide.
The property is located in the “AA” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-14-3-4.
