PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Carol Schwartz, 32 S. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to add a single-story addition and a screened porch to a single-family dwelling. The siding will match the existing gray stained cedar shingles; the roofing will match the existing architectural gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be white wood and Azek; the windows will be white, Anderson, 6/6 double hung; the new rear entry door will be a solid 6/6 panel door with sidelights. The screens will be dark grey vinyl screens.
The property is located in the “A” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-10-1-2.
