PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatthe Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
19 New Jersey, LLC, 19 New Jersey Avenue, Bellport, NY is to seeking to construct an addition with a covered entrance and deck in the rear of the dwelling, construct a deck on the north side of the dwelling; a shed with outdoor shower and a pool in the side yard. The house will be sided in natural red cedar shingles; the roof will be gray asphalt; the trim will be white Azek; the windows will be a combination of double hung and awning. The shed will have grey siding with white trim and the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles to match the dwelling.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-6-1.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
