PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Susan and Magnus Thorstenn, 12 Gerard Street, Bellport, NY are seeking to add a front covered front porch, extend a garage overhang, construct a rear addition and renovate a two-story, single family dwelling. The siding will be a combination of cedar shingle siding and cedar board & batten; the roof shingles will be GAF weathered wood asphalt shingles; the trim will be white wood and the windows will be Anderson double hung and casement
The single family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-7-23.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
