PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatthe Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Barbara Zolot, 10 Woodland Park Road, Bellport is seeking to reconstruct and convert an existing garage located in the rear yard to a pool house and redesign the roof over entry in the rear of the dwelling. The siding for the pool house will be natural cedar shingles to match the existing house; the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles to match the house; the trim will be white Azek; the windows will be Anderson 400 series awning, white. The roofing for the entry will be gray asphalt shingles to match the existing; the columns will be posts wrapped in white Azek and the decking will be grey Trex.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-1-28.The property is located in the “B” Residence District. All interested parties may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
