PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
6 Point Road LLC, 6 Point Road, Bellport is seeking to demolish an existing single-story, single-family dwelling and construct a new single story, single-family dwelling with an attached garage. The siding will be medium grey Hardie plank; the roof will be dark grey standing seam metal; the trim will be a combination of dark grey and stained Azek and mahogany; the windows will be dark grey casement and the doors will be full glass, dark grey.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-15-1-15. The property is in the “AA” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
