PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatthe Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Sarah Forage, 25 Country Club Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a second floor addition and a rear two-story addition, and renovate an existing single family dwelling. The dwelling will have new natural cedar shingle siding, a new asphalt grey shingled roof, black or grey Azek trim and new,black wood double hung Anderson 400 series windows.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-7-3-12.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
