PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatthe Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Caroline Harless, 9 Second Street, Bellport is seeking to renovate and enlarge a two-story single-family dwelling including a two-story addition in the front of the dwelling; raising the roofline along the rear section of the house; new siding, new windows and new doors. The siding will be white, cedar shingles; the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be white aluminum; the windows will be casement windows and the doors will be wood, black.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-2-39.1.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
