PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Lindsay Nathan & Paul Bethe, 68 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to enlarge two (2) front dormer gable dormers, convert a rear gable dormer to a shed dormer, and add and/or replace windows and doors on a two-story, single-family dwelling. The siding will match the existing cedar shingle siding; the roofing will match the existing black asphalt roof; the trim will match the existing white wood trim. The windows will be white, Anderson series 400 double-hung and the doors will be white, Anderson series 400.
The property is located in the “A” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-8-5-1.7.
