PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Mark Tomei, 26 Second Street, Bellport, NY is seeking to renovate an existing single-story, single-family dwelling. The applicant seeks to add a covered front porch; demolish an existing screen porch at the rear of the dwelling and construct a single-story rear addition in the same location; construct a wood deck on the east side of the dwelling; reside the dwelling, replace the roofing and replace existing windows and doors. The siding will be natural, unstained cedar shiplap; the roofing will be charcoal gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be white wood; the windows will be Anderson series 400, white wood trim and the doors will be Anderson series 400 white wood, hinged.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-6-25.
