NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Elettra, Inc, 20 Livingston Road, Bellport is seeking to construct a 256 square foot pool house and a 215 square foot pool house with an outdoor fireplace in-between the two structures with a 198 square foot trellis above. The siding and roofing will be natural red, cedar shingles and the trim will be natural wood. The windows and doors will be Anderson series 400, black. The trellis will be natural cedar.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-4-20. The property is in the “A” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
