NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Blake and Lindsey Thomas, 17 Bieselin Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to enclose an existing breezeway connecting a garage to a single-family dwelling and replace the windows on the dwelling and garage. Both sides of the breezeway will be enclosed with Anderson A-Series French wood hinged patio doors with black finish and matching black Anderson Fibrex trim. The new windows will be Anderson 400 series double-hung windows with black finish. The existing white cedar shake siding, grey asphalt roof shingles and black wood trim on the dwelling and the garage will remain.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-2-22.
