There will be a voluntary on-site walk through at:
11:00 am on Thursday, January 21, 2021 – date change

Plans & Specifications
Contract plans and specifications are available at the Village Hall on Monday January 11, 2021 at 8:00am. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 for the plans and specifications is required. Payment can be made by check, cash or money order. All previous addendums shall be provided electronically within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Future addendums shall be provided only to companies on the plan-holder list.
Bonding & Insurance
No bids shall be received unless made in writing on forms furnished, and unless accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made payable to the Village of Bellport for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the Bid price.
