Received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Clerk at:
1:00 PM ON MARCH 18 OF 2020
All Bids must be sealed and submitted in the pre-marked envelope provided with the Bid Documents or must be sealed and submitted in a package envelope) MARKED IN THE SAME WAY as the pre-marked envelope provided with the Bid Documents.
There will be a voluntary on-site walkthrough at:

Plans & Specifications
Contract plans and specifications are available at the Village Hall on at 8 AM on March 2nd. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 for the plans and specifications is required. Payment can be made by check, cash or money order. All previous addendums shall be provided electronically within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Future addendums shall be provided only to companies on the plan-holder list.
Bonding & Insurance
No bids shall be received unless made in writing on forms furnished, and unless accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made payable to the Village of Bellport for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the Bid price.
